Booking Appointments	When booking an appointment for a service, please try to give me at least 24 hours notice. With few exceptions, thank you for understanding that I prefer not book any last minute appointments.
Cancellations, No-shows & Rescheduling	While I prefer that you not cancel your appointment, I understand that sometimes it's unavoidable. In order to cancel an appointment without a cancellation charge, please contact me within 12 hours of the appointment. If the appointment is cancelled within 12 hours, but it is rescheduled at the same time as the cancellation, and the new appointment is within three days of the original appointment, there will not be a cancellation fee. However, if you 1) do not reschedule at the time of cancellation; 2) are not available at the time of the appointment; or 3) cancel your rescheduled appointment (regardless of the 12 hour time frame) there may be a 50% cancellation fee charged to you.
Payment	I accept cash, personal checks and all major credit cards (MC, VISA, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS). While I've never received a "bad" check, IF a check is returned for insufficient funds for whatever reason, I will add any fees I incur to the balance still owed.
Appointment Etiquette	In order that I keep my schedule on-time and as a courtesy to my other clients, please be prepared at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you're late for your appointment, you will receive the balance of your time. I will do my utmost to give you your full contracted time, if my scheduling permits. Regardless, you will still be responsible to pay for the full amount of the service. It is preferable, especially in our warm desert climate, that you shower prior to your body treatment if at all possible. This is for your benefit as well as for mine. Please inform me as to any open wounds or skin eruptions that may not be visible until it's too late. Also, please be very candid about any health conditions you may be experiencing. *IMPORTANT: Please be assured that whatever we discuss in session is completely* and absolutely confidential.** If you have a cold, flu, or any other contagious condition, please reschedule your appointment for a later time. Inasmuch as 1) most bodywork & massage is contraindicated, 2) I do NOT want to catch what you've got and 3) I do not receive any paid sick days, so PLEASE reschedule your appointment.
House Call Appointments	At this time, all services unless otherwise noted are available for House Call appointments.
